To ensure your fudge wreath arrives in the best condition, we recommend being home at the time of delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor the expected delivery date. While fudge does not melt like chocolate, it can soften in warm conditions, and items like our Rocky Road Wreath, which features a layer of white chocolate, may be affected by heat in extreme conditions. 

Helpful Tips for Delivery:

• If you cannot be home, we suggest not selecting the "Authority to Leave" option so your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office instead of being left outside in the sun.
• Our packaging is designed to protect your order from heat for a limited time, but we recommend placing your fudge in the fridge upon arrival to maintain freshness.

• Please double-check your address when placing an order to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, parcel redirections, or unattended deliveries.
• During extreme weather conditions at our or your location, we may hold orders to ensure quality.

Refund Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items affected by heat during transit, so please consider this before purchasing.
